**The Roles**
This is a ‘front line’ client service role in our Perth Environmental business, located in Wangara. The primary responsibilities of the role will be to provide excellent client support to our existing clientele as well as leadership and development of the client services or sample receipt team.

**The day to day**
Reporting to the Client Services Manager, the duties of these positions include but are not limited to:

- Manage workflow on a daily basis, including coordination of tasks.
- Leadership and development of the client services team
- Facilitating the resolution of client queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide local support to the Client Services Manager
- Ensure overall compliance with ALS strategic initiatives
- General administrative tasks as required by the business.

**The essentials**
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate tasks, network and work collaboratively.
- BSc (Chemistry / Environmental) or equivalent preferred.
- Vibrant, outgoing personality and ability to work as part of a team.
- Skills in planning and project monitoring.
- Ability to develop strong external and internal working relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, written and oral.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
- Previous client service or business development experience.
