Novus Education, a Registered Training Organisation and CRICOS Provider, is seeking a highly motivated and passionate Marketing and Sales Officer to join our expanding team in Sydney.

As a Marketing and Sales Officer, you will play a vital role in promoting Novus Education's courses to both domestic and international students. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, identifying potential clients, building relationships with agents and students, and tracking sales performance.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Establish and maintain relationships with local and international education agents.
- Recruit students directly or indirectly from the targeted countries by liaising with onshore and offshore education agents or targeting onshore students.
- Develop and execute a sales and marketing strategy that targets education agents and increases the number of students enrolled in our college.
- Identify and build relationships with education agents in target markets to generate leads and increase conversions.
- Attend education fairs and other events to promote our college and build connections with potential agents and students.
- Assist Marketing Manager/Higher Management with the implementation of marketing strategies and advertising campaigns, marketing events, to promote the Novus Education
- Contribute to the preparation of marketing material such as newsletters, brochures, flyers, website, etc.
- Provide exceptional customer service to agents and students, responding to queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Submit Timesheet to Marketing Coordinator

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (desired)
- Experience in sales and marketing in **Latin Market is highly preferred**:

- Exceptional customer service skills and ability to work under high pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with agents and students.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Working rights in Australia.
- Experienced with social media marketing.
- Strategic thinking and planning.
- Ambitious, passionate, highly committed & self-motivated.

This is a permanent, part-time role with flexible working hours, covering 3 days per week, based in Ultimo, Sydney.
