Saunders’ growth strategy and awarded project portfolio means we are currently seeking an experienced **SHEQ Advisor** to join our team at a project based in **Perth, WA.**

**Your responsibilities include**:

- Supporting and assisting with all daily, Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality matters.
- Ensuring that the work conducted on site is in accordance to the company and client documented procedures.
- Playing a key role in the implementation of Site Safety, Quality and Environmental plans.
- Developing and delivering Inductions, Toolbox’s and pre-starts, where required.
- Reviewing and managing sub-contractor documentation and site activities.
- Assisting in rehabilitation and return to work of injured or ill employees.
- Leading ICAMs investigations.
- Delivering HSE training to site personnel.
- Ensuring HSE registers are up-to-date and reports submitted on time.

**To be successful in the role you will have**:

- Tertiary qualification in Health, Safety or Environment or related discipline
- Certificate IV Training & Assessment is desired.
- 5+ years or more experience in managing health, safety and / or environment in a construction environment.
- Current Confined Space Entry ticket
- A detailed understanding of WHS, Injury Management and Environmental legislation.
