**The Business**
Genus Infrastructure Pty Ltd (GNI) are specialists in delivering end to end innovative solutions in multiple sectors across Australia. Specialising in Transmission, Distribution, Substation, Communications & Renewable Energy; as a subsidiary of the GenusPlus Group (ASX: GNP).

**The Role**
GNI are seeking experienced SHEQ Advisors (Metro or Fly in Fly Out) to assist with various Project works throughout Western Australia for an immediate start.

Reporting directly to the Project SHEQ Manager, the
**SHEQ Advisor** will be responsible for:

- Conducting audits & inspections
- Assisting in the development of risk assessments
- Assisting in the delivery of SHEQ improvement programs & communications
- Leading incident investigations
- Collecting, analysing, managing and reporting on SHEQ data (MYOSH database)

**Essential Skills/Qualifications/Experience**
- Cert IV WHS/OHS or higher
- First Aid and CPR Training
- Construction Safety Induction (‘White Card’)
- Current Drivers License - "C" Class
- National Police Clearance
- Knowledge of WA WHS Legislation, Codes and Standards
- High level communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment

**Desirable Skills/Qualifications/Experience**
- 2+ years WHS/OHS experience
- ICAM investigation training
- Drug & Alcohol testing qualifications
- Training & Assessor qualifications
- Experience in Civils, Distribution Lines, Transmission Lines and Substations
- FMG/BHP/RIO Inducted
