- We are currently seeking an** experienced** **Principal Service Management Coordinator**to join our Digital Information team in this permanent role. This is an opportunity to use your strong ICT service management skills to oversee the governance and methodology used in the process of the delivery of ICT packages within the ITIL framework.

**Some of your responsibilities will include**:

- Lead the strategic development of a comprehensive Continuous Service Improvement Programme (CSIP)
- Implement and maintain appropriate governance for the delivery of the CSIP
- Oversee and participate in the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to deliver process and integration efficiencies across ICT
- Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Provide high level support and advice to ICT senior management
- Mentor and guide the ICT team to develop, implement, support and maintain processes and governance

**What we are looking for**:

- Extensive knowledge of all ITIL disciplines and overarching frameworks
- High level of problem solving capability, with a talent for building and maintaining relationships
- Extensive knowledge implementing Continuous Service Improvement capability in large and complex IT arenas
- Substantial knowledge of working in a technical environment.
- Ability to translate a process into a successful operational outcome
