A fantastic career opportunity is now available within the OzSupply team in the position of Customer Support / Office Assistant. The position will be based in Dandenong South.

This position will suit anyone looking for part time or full time employment. Hours and days are negotiable if you are interested in a part time opportunity. Please detail your preferences in your cover letter.

**The role**

Your key responsibilities will include (but not be limited to) the following:

- Answering incoming calls
- Welcoming guests to the office in a friendly and professional manner
- Track all sales activities in company system and keep current by updating account information regularly
- Assist with the creation and enrichment of product information for the web
- Assist with uploading content to the website, eBay stores.

**About you**

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following:

- Experience in Customer Service and Sales
- Understanding of online sales / ecommerce
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency utilising multiple computer systems
- Ability to fulfil the shipment of high volume of orders, accurately and timely
- Results focused individual with a passion for customer service
- Excellent interpersonal skills and problem-solving mindset is a must
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Experience with selling on eBay and Amazon (not essential, training will be provided)
- Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Self motivated individual with a professional, enthusiastic and can do attitude
- Fully-autonomous at managing own workload
- Be able to work as part of a well functioning, close knit team
