Council’s Property Services Department plays a pivotal role in some of the most exciting community projects across the Moreton Bay Region.

**About the Opportunity**:
As our**_ Property Operations Officer, _**you will provide support within the Property Operations team to facilitate the leasing and management of Council owned commercial facilities, to deliver quality outcomes in relation to a diverse commercial portfolio.

You will be a key point of contact for customers, consultants and stakeholders in relation to leasing matters and provide appropriate responses to tenant and customer enquiries and issues, in accordance with policy, procedure and legislation.

You will have the opportunity to liaise with Council departments and external stakeholder including State Government departments, public utility providers, and provide assistance on leasing matters.

You will coordinate and undertake periodic inspections to ensure compliance with terms and conditions of leasing and management agreements.

**About you**:
We are seeking someone who is a team player, administration expert and able to prepare high quality correspondence and documentation for our Property Services team. You will have a proactive approach with the ability to look for the solutions to issues and see advice as required.

You will have the ability to engage with a wide variety of stakeholders both internally and externally. You will have a strong focus on provision of quality customer service. You will have excellent time management skills to achieve proficiency and effectiveness in managing conflicting priorities and meeting deadlines.
- You will have a Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent experience._
