**Role Overview**

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive **ClickUp Marketing Coordinator** to manage client campaigns and internal workflows through our ClickUp system. You will be the bridge between 15+ active clients and our in-house/remote creative team—ensuring that every task moves forward, every deadline is met, and every client feels heard and supported.

This is a **full-time, in-person** role designed for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a knack for keeping multiple projects aligned and on track.

**Key Responsibilities** - **Project & Task Management (via ClickUp)**
- Own our **ClickUp system**: create, assign, update, and oversee tasks and project timelines for 15+ client accounts.
- Build and maintain client-specific workflows and campaign checklists.
- Set up recurring tasks, automations, and dependencies to streamline execution.

**Coordination**
- Collaborate with internal team members (ads managers, copywriters, designers, video editors, etc.) to ensure deliverables are progressing smoothly.
- Follow up on overdue tasks, troubleshoot blockers, and communicate priorities clearly.

**Client Engagement**
- Conduct regular client calls (weekly or biweekly) to review progress, gather feedback, and align on priorities.
- Serve as the point of contact for campaign updates, task clarifications, and timelines.

**Campaign Oversight**
- Monitor campaign stages (from onboarding to execution and reporting) and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
- Flag risks and delays early, and provide solutions to keep projects on track.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in a coordination, marketing, or client-facing role (agency experience preferred).
- **ClickUp Proficiency**: You should be comfortable navigating workspaces, building lists and folders, creating automations, and using custom fields and dashboards.
- **Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
- Excellent communication and relationship management.
- Comfortable leading calls and managing a dynamic workload.
- **Personality**: Process-driven, confident, and solutions-oriented.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
