**Salary**:US$30K, net

Join a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel in the heart of Dhaka, renowned for its premier amenities and exceptional guest experiences.

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Bar Management**:Oversee all aspects of bar operations, including staffing, inventory management, and guest service.

**Showmanship**:Create engaging and memorable experiences through creative cocktail presentations and interactive bartending techniques.

**Menu Development**:Develop innovative and enticing cocktail menus that reflect current trends and guest preferences.

**Training**:Train and mentor bar staff to ensure exceptional service standards and product knowledge.

**Events**:Plan and execute special events and promotions to drive bar revenue and guest engagement.

**Safety and Compliance**: Ensure adherence to all safety and hygiene standards, as well as legal regulations.

**Qualifications**:
**Experience**:Minimum of 5 years in a similar role within a luxury hotel or high-end bar environment.

**Skills**: Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Proven ability to create and execute innovative beverage concepts.

**Showmanship: Demonstrated flair and creativity in cocktail presentation and bartending techniques.**

**Adventure**: A spirit of adventure and willingness to explore new trends and concepts in the beverage industry.

Status: Single status only.
