**How you'll make an impact**

At AMP, you'll lead our dynamic Tech Bar team in delivering exceptional technical support across our business. As Tech Support Lead, you'll shape the future of our support services by mentoring a team of six analysts, driving process improvements, and ensuring we meet the evolving needs of our workforce. You'll be instrumental in developing best practices, maintaining our knowledge base, and working closely with stakeholders to support key business initiatives. Your leadership will directly contribute to creating a more efficient and technically empowered workplace.
