Job Title: Mixology Professional

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic professional to deliver exceptional guest experiences as a mixology expert.

  • Analyze customer preferences and craft innovative cocktails, incorporating classic techniques and modern flair.
  • Nurture relationships with customers, take orders, and provide excellent service by serving snacks and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Continuously assess customer satisfaction levels and adapt the bar experience accordingly.
  • Contribute to the development of a unique and engaging bar menu that showcases creativity and expertise.
Requirements:
  • Proven working experience as a bartender or mixologist.
  • Expert knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks, including signature cocktails.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Able to maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and supply replenishment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve drinks, including beer, wine, spirits, and mixed cocktails, ensuring accurate preparation and presentation.
  • Take orders from customers, processing transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and high level of energy throughout shifts, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
