The facilities coordinator will be a key contributor to the Menulog HR team. Reporting in to the Head of HR and providing support across the whole business. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who has a few years experience in office coordination and a passion to learn about HR.

**All about the role**:
In this role, we're counting on you to:
- Monitor and action all facilities related JIRA tickets
- Manage all office related suppliers
- Conduct daily floor checks to ensure the office is running smoothly & fixing any issues
- Creating all facilities purchase orders
- First point of contact for the Barangaroo building manager
- Managing the swipe card and office security systems
- Ordering business cards
- Managing the Menulog fleet cars
- Procurement of all office supplies
- Unpacking of deliveries
- Organisation of the kitchen and other common areas
- Managing the WHS including quarterly audits, incident reporting, first aid officers and fire wardens
- Managing the travel provider
- Tracking office utilisation
- Assisting with organising large meetings and events
- Coordinating the meeting rooms
- Managing the employee locker system
- Other HR tasks as required
**Can you deliver**
Ready to take the lead? Here is what we need from you:
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a facilities role
- A proactive, flexible and positive approach to your work
- Ability to deal with ad-hoc situations, think on your feet, multitask and be stress resistant
- Great people person with the ability to quickly build rapport
- Confident using multiple technology systems such as google suite
- First rate attention to detail
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Self-motivated person who thrives in fast moving environments
- A confident self-starter
- Excellent communication skills
- Hardworking and ‘get the job done at all costs’ attitude
- Fast learner with the ability to think on your feet
