**What are we looking for?**

As a General Manager with CVM you'll be integral to fostering a vibrant, can-do corporate culture, consistent with CVM's _Purpose and Truths _and _Leadership Fundamentals_.

**The Role**

The General Manager works with the facility department heads to meet the needs of the customer and business while delivering excellence in facility operations and growing the facility. The role is focused on leading all people, operational and strategic aspects of the facility, including driving strategies that reflect and support the current and future needs of the site.

- Ability to provide a clean well maintained aquatic facility.

**Essential Qualifications (or willing to obtain)**
- Blue Card
- CPR
- First Aid
- Pool Lifeguard Certificate
- Pool Plant Operator Certificate
- Qualification in Business Management, Sports Management or related discipline would be highly regarded.
