We are in search of dynamic and passionate Group Fitness Instructors, to join our vibrant team at Colmslie Aquatic Centre & Health Club. This unique opportunity allows you the freedom to carve out a successful career in the fitness industry, while playing a key role in expanding our health club community. If you thrive on energizing others and providing top-notch customer service, we want you to join us As a health club instructor you will have the incredible opportuntiy to lead an exciting range of Group Fitness classes, including Body Pump, HIIT, Boxing, Pilates, Aqua Aerobics, Spin, and a variety of other invigorating workouts.

**Key Role Requirements**
- Relevant Fitness Qualification **(required)**:

- Current Blue Card (Working with children check) **(desirable)**:

- Current CPR **(desirable)**:

- Current First Aid **(desirable)**:

- High-level interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele.
- A passion for fun and fitness, with the belief that you are there for the members and their health and well-being

**Group Fitness Duties**
- Engage and welcome members with an energetic and helpful attitude
- Prepare unique classes and update sessions regularly
- Bubbly and outgoing nature with a focus on exceptional customer experience
- Work with the team around you to grow and ignite the health club community
- Attend training workshops with lead instructors to maintain and further develop skills
