Junior Squad Coach

**Junior Squad Coach - **Colmslie Aquatic Centre & Health Club, Brisbane - Rackley Swimming** As the Junior Squad Coach, you will work under the direction of the Head Coach to: - Deliver development squad sessions focusing on technique, skills development and racing skills - Assist where needed with transition squads aimed at swimmers moving from swimming lessons to swimming training - Support coaches with sessions for competitive swimmers who compete at regional, state, and national levels The work will range between 12 - 20 hours per week, including afternoons between 3 - 6pm, early weekday mornings plus Saturday mornings. **Qualifications and experience**: - AUSTSWIM Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety qualifications or equivalent **(required)**: - AUSTSWIM - Towards Competitive Strokes (TCS) or equivalent **(required)**: - Paid Queensland Blue Card **(required)**: - Current First Aid, Asthma Management, CPR and Anaphylaxis qualifications. - Lifeguard qualifications will be required and can be completed upon commencement - Experience in working with Children - Experience as a swimmer and in coaching desirable **Where to from here**: We are after talented team players and people that aren't afraid of a challenge.
