We are seeking an experienced receptionist to support our Advice Team.

Located in Burswood, our Financial Planners specialise in preparing and helping clients get the most from their retirement. We provide a wide range of professional services and have a large team of staff who are dedicated to providing our clients with the very best in advice and service.

**About the Role**:
Our Receptionist role forms an integral part of our business as the first point of contact for our clients & stakeholders, and requires excellent communication skills.

This role is a job share position and we are looking for someone to work 2 days a week (15 hours) and must be worked Thursday and Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

**Your day-to-day responsibilities will include but are not limited to**:

- Answering Incoming Calls
- Meeting and Greeting Clients
- Managing Meeting Rooms
- Client Appointment Bookings
- Incoming and Outgoing Mail
- Stationery and Stock Orders
- Back Office Support
- Assisting Operations Manager with project work

**Job requirements**:

- Exceptional client service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management and prioritising skills
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Able to work well in a team environment
- At least 2 years experience as a Receptionist would be a must

**You will be required to have**:

- Proficient computer knowledge, including the entire Microsoft suite
- A mature, confident, polished and enthusiastic approach to work
- Good organisation and time management skills
- Proven ability to develop and manage relationships with a diverse range of people
- Excellent work ethic
- The ability to take the initiative and work autonomously

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $35.00 - $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week
