**Your new role**
In your new role you will be responsible for:
- Point person for facilities, general maintenance in the office, bills and errands
- Support for 3 directors
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- General office maintenance including but not limited to order stationery and equipment
- Organise office operations and procedures
- Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
- Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time
- Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors and service providers Manage office budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting
- Provide general support to visitors
- Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experienced in working with high volume and fast-paced environments
- Ability to work independently
- Strong organisational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- Time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritise work
- Excellent written and verbal communication
