Local Government Area looking for experienced Animal Handler to join their compliance team
A Council situated in Sydney is looking for an experienced Animal Management Officer to join their team

The role will involve participating in the daily operations of the shelter, deliver services in line with legislation, liaise with community members and animal rescue organisations.

The successful applicant will need to work well in a team and have good interpersonal skills. A positive attitude and the ability to remain calm under pressure are a must.

To be successful in this role you will need:

- A Certificate 2 in Animal services or equivalent (Companion Animal Services, Vet Care, Vet Nursing)
- Current Class C Driver's Licence, NSW Microchip Implanter accreditation
- Or a demonstrated minimum 2 years experience in relevant Animal Management
