**About the opportunity**:
The Office Admin and Recruitment Support will provide administrative and day-to-day office support to all KJR staff.

You will work with our Talent and Culture Manager with attraction and recruitment activities to directly support the strategic and development direction of our consultants.

**Recruitment Support Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate & participate in the recruitment of new Team Members and oversee the end-to-end recruitment (e.g Advertising, screening & interviewing).
- Support and execute our recruitment strategy, working with Talent and Culture manager to embed proactive recruitment and selection initiatives across the business.
- Undertake other tasks relevant to the training of consultants as directed by the Talent and Culture Manager (eg scheduling KJR internal training hosted throughout the year, following up with consultants, and updating their Skillsbase).
- Update consultant profile when required and format CVs in KJR format.
- Create employee contacts and resources in Salesforce as directed.
- Upload employees’ contracts, and superannuation forms to their respective employee folders.
- Action the termination check-off list from Salesforce on each employee’s resource as directed.
- Assist the Talent and culture manager in any other recruitment activities not listed above on an ad hoc basis.

**Internal staff Events**
- Organise and host all National internal KJR staff events for the year (eg Christmas parties, monthly catch-ups, R U OK?, Diwali, team lunches, etc).
- The dietary requirements for all Staff members are met/ recorded.
- Ensure OH & S protocols are being followed and implemented.
- Clean and tidy up after events to ensure a healthy work environment.
- Manage the KJR All staff birthday cupcake orders.

**Merchandise for all regions**
- Keep merchandise spreadsheet up to date.
- Order items for all regions.
- Correspond with required vendors to order Merch.
- Update logos according to the Marketing team’s branding requirements.
- Work closely with our ACT Senior Consultant to distribute/organise clothing merch.

**Internal staff training**
- Support the management team on admin tasks in relation to staff training.
- Following up with consultant’s queries and giving them necessary details.
- Schedule training hosted by KJR throughout the year in consultants' diaries and have touch points to check in on how they are tracking with their training etc.

**Office days**
- Office days are currently every Thursday in the Melbourne office (you are expected to be in the office these days and welcome the staff).
- Welcome new starters to the office and give them their welcome pack (in person Vic) and coordinate with ACT GM and QLD GM for QLD and ACT new starters.
- Make sure stock & inventory is stocked up including food in the KJR Melbourne office.

**About you**

Working in a consultancy environment with most employees directly onsite with KJR clients across Australia, your main focus will be ensuring the KJR Collective have a compelling and consistent employee experience and feel a strong connection to both the organisation and their KJR colleagues.
