As Talent Acquisition Specialist for the APAC region, you will be part of our diverse, collaborative, and energetic HR and business support team. This group consists of like-minded individuals who are passionate about their job and work as a team. You will be working in an open and matrix environment where your point of view is welcomed and where you can make a difference in the growth of HR and the Company. Involvement in various exciting Business and HR projects will be part of the role and you will have the chance to collaborate with colleagues all around the world.
The role reports to the Head of Global Talent Acquisition and works closely with the Head of HR, APAC. Together with the HR team, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will provide primary support to all markets across all our offices in the APAC region. You will have the opportunity to spar with peers and work closely with other HR professionals both global and local.
As Regional TA Specialist, you are responsible for driving the recruitment process acting as the talent advisor to Ramboll markets across the region and identifying the best ways to attract top talent. You will also act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for Countries across the region, providing insight and overview of recruiting activities across multiple markets for those Countries.
You are responsible for the successful, high quality and timely fulfilment of recruitment demand in Ramboll, which encompasses:
- Deliver strategic expertise on talent sourcing strategies for specific recruitment assignments covering external talent marketplace for the region and market(s)
- Support process design and work with local HR to spot opportunities for consistency but also accommodating local legislation and custom and practice
- Collaborate closely with Communications to develop employer branding materials for the region and drive deployment externally for recruiting purposes as appropriate
- Ensure that the Recruiting Operating Model is fully utilized
- Maximize offshoring of recruitment administration on individual recruitment assignments through collaboration with the GRO team
- Utilize the Talent Sourcing team in the search processes if possible
- Responsible for data integrity within the ATS and other systems ensuring that we at all times are compliant
- Drive collaboration with colleagues in HR enabling cross boarder collaboration within areas of expertise
- Participate in training of Hiring Managers in the recruitment process
- Represent Recruitment in Management team meetings, if requested

- BA or Masters in HR or related field
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, leading processes from start to finish (Full life cycle recruitment)
- Proven senior stakeholder management experience
- Solid expertise and track record in EDI recruitment program a plus
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of management and staff
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Solid stakeholder management skills, leadership skills
- Comfortable working within a high change evolving organization
- Comfortable navigating a matrix organization and managing various key stakeholders including complex decision-making processes
**Skillsets and proficiencies**:
- Expert in recruitment processes and experience using an ATS;
- Preference for Engineering or Consulting firm experience with solid experience in recruiting in one or more of our markets e.g., Architecture and Landscape, Environment & Health, Transport. Energy, Water etc.
- Familiar with local employment Law, as applicable for recruiting, sourcing and hiring
- Strong screening and interviewing skills
