**The Role**
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Melbourne Field Sales team as a **Distributor Business Manager**. Inclusive of Quarterly visits in various Victorian regions, this role is responsible for driving sales growth and delivering budgeted outcomes through strong engagement, guidance, and support of our Distributor Network.
As a key member of the Field sales team, you’ll lead the execution of regional plans, build strong customer relationships, and identify new business opportunities to grow Bega’s footprint across the region.
**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate to deliver state financial targets including volume, net sales revenue, and gross margin.
- Drive distributor growth through monthly meetings, quarterly reviews, and execution of business plans.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities to expand distribution and revenue.
- Maximise margins through strategic portfolio mix and supply/demand alignment.
- Lead the Distributor Engagement Action Plan and support logistics and escalation processes.
**About You**
- Account Management or similar role, with strong FMCG or logistics/distributor experience.
- Proven ability to manage P&L elements, trade spend, and promotional performance.
- Skilled in strategic planning, account management, and business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Proficient in data analytics, planning, and prioritisation with intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills.
