Administrative Assistant

**What you will be doing**:
- Post AR checks received each day through LockBox
- PACA report each month for bank
- Enter storage invoices for AP
- Reply to AP payment requests
- Review AP statements and request copies of missing invoices
- Send AR invoices to customers as requested
- Enter AP bills that match perfectly
- Forward AP bills that do not match to AP with notes on variances
- Assist with setting up new customers in P21
- Review Inventory Receipt Packets for completion
- Update inventory aging report monthly
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- 1+ years’ experience in an Admin position
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Impeccable organizational skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $38.00 - $47.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
