We support a wide variety of industry sectors and client size as their outsourced HR and Recruitment team.

**The Position - Recruitment Coordinator**

We are looking for a part time (3 days per week) Recruitment Coordinator / Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team in beautiful Burleigh.

We’re looking for a passionate people person who has the mindset of what’s best for the client’s business to support them in growing their team by sourcing the best talent and cultural fit available.

No two days are the same at Integrated HR You will be exposed to a variety of different industries, companies and senior managers and will have an opportunity to secure talent to support the client's ongoing business success.

Involved in all facets of the recruitment and selection life-cycle, you will be responsible for:

- obtaining the position brief from the HR Manager and or client
- writing the job ad
- advertising
- shortlising
- pre-screen phone calls
- interviewing
- writing interview guides specific to each position and client
- reference checks, VEVO and police checks etc
- salary negotiations
- supporting a successful onboarding
- and more

**About You**

You will have a high customer service focus with a mature, ethical and open approach to your work. Of course, taking direction, having fun at work and having extremely high standards of your own work output is a given.

To be considered, you will be professional in your approach to work with a sense of humor, have 2 - 3 years experience conducting recruitment campaigns in a fast-paced environment as well as:

- Certificate or Degree in business, recruitment, HR or similar
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and generally computer savvy
- Experience with specific recruitment software
- High level of customer service
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities at one time
- Solutions focused mindset
- Attention to detail focused with exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)
- Willing to learn on the job and take direction with a pro-active and ‘can-do’ attitude
