Coopers Plains, Australia Industrial Batteries Australia Pty Ltd Full time

This is a hands-on role that gets you out on site. You’ll be actively engaging with corporate clients,

identifying their operational challenges and providing customised power solutions.

You will:

- Build and maintain strong B2B relationships across Queensland
- Identify and convert new sales opportunities
- Deliver technical sales support and prepare tailored proposals
- Represent IBA at industry events and client sites
- Work closely with national leadership to align with broader strategy
- A proven track record in B2B solution-based sales
- Hands-on experience in industrial battery systems or charging infrastructure **Strong commercial and technical communication skills**:

- Confidence engaging with operational and engineering teams on-site
- A self-driven, organised, and client-centric mindset

Experience with CRM systems, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and technical quoting will be highly regarded.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- No weekends

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus
