**Your day to day**
Provide efficient and comprehensive front office & food and beverage services to guests in Club InterContinental in True Hospitality style and to the Club InterContinental standards. Be responsible for all aspects of service including set-up, food service, making and serving beverages, set-up and pack down equipment. Be the warm welcome that kicks off a memorable guest experience, checking in guests according to brand standards - Have a thorough knowledge of InterContinental service and facilities to assist guests and aid in selling or up selling Hotel services. - Deliver Food and Beverage service of high standard and in accordance with departmental standards and procedures. - Check out guests, receiving payments and processing transactions as outlined in procedures.
**What we need from you**:
- Guests will need to come to you with concerns as well as compliments, you will be warm, welcoming and easy to talk to - You will turn issues into opportunities so every guest leaves with great memories - Ability to manage multiple tasks and conflicting deadlines - Certification - Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certification - Handling of food objects such as plates, trays, glasses, etc.; sometimes you will need to lift, push and pull large objects
