**Position Summary**:

- Join our Ladies and Gentlemen and assist with the Club Lounge service period, tending bar and serving food to guests
- Receive daily updates on hotel requests and action accordingly
- Ensure the Club Lounge is presentable and clean at all times
- Assist with serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
- Understand guest requirements, engaging and inspiring guests with each customer experience
- Support the Food and Beverage team in general operational tasks
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests, exhibiting our legendary service and enabling future bookings
- Be a dedicated ‘club concierge’ for club guests, recommending local experiences and attractions.
- Pre stay planning and communication ensuring personalized and memorable experiences are curated for club guests.
- Performing a warm welcome experience, Check in/Check out, using property management system.
- Set up, serve and pack down various food presentations, including breakfast, delivering a la carte service at times.
- Provide table service, engaging with guests, and working with club bar tender to provide an elevated beverage service.
