**Job Description**:
AECOM has exciting opportunities to join the Building Services team within our Buildings & Places sector.

You will be supported by multidisciplinary engineers and professionals, while engaging and leading diverse technical projects and establish well-defined procedures. Working throughout the project lifecycles, we’re one team driven by a common purpose to deliver a better world.

As a member of our Buildings & Places team, you will:
- Deliver HVAC design services and advice across a range of market sectors, including; Commercial, High Tech, Healthcare, Education and Defence;
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement;
- Support the team of Drafters and Engineers with internal and external client delivery;
- Grow your technical skills as part of an experienced team;
- Perform work in accordance with agreed upon budget and schedule with moderate supervision;
- Assist in work planning and programming within the team.
**Qualifications**:
Being part of the team, you will participate in project planning and design delivery. You will be an active contributor within the Electrical Engineering team - influencing the team’s success.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Tertiary Qualifications in relevant Engineering Discipline.
- Solid fundamentals across your core technical discipline with proved delivery of robust and innovative building engineering solutions including compliance with standards, industry benchmarks e.g. uptime institute etc.
- Excellent Client Relationship/Management skills and experience.
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Knowledge of the current market for consulting services as well as knowledge of design and construction of buildings.
- Working knowledge of industry wide design tools & software programmes.
