The Facilities Manager is a key member of the Facilities and Workplace Management team, responsible for establishing, managing, and delivering the Facilities and Workplace Service Delivery Plans for the VIC, SA, WA, and TAS TJX store network.

This role collaborates with internal functions to ensure a clean, safe, operational, and productive environment for Associates and Visitors. On-call availability is required, and some travel is required

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Proactively Identify Opportunities**: Continuously seek out areas for improvement and efficiency within the organization. Analyse current processes and systems to uncover potential enhancements.
- ** Implement Creative Solutions**: Take initiative to develop and implement innovative solutions that address identified opportunities. Use creative thinking to solve complex problems and improve overall performance.
- ** Adapt to Change**: Demonstrate agility in adapting to changing environments and challenges. Stay flexible and responsive to new information, trends, and technologies.
- ** Ownership and Accountability**: Exhibit a strong sense of ownership and accountability for projects and initiatives. Ensure that goals are met and deliverables are achieved on time and to a high standard.

- Experience in establishing, managing, and delivering service delivery plans.
- High analytical skills to assess data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in facility systems (HVAC, Energy Management, CMMS).
- Entrepreneurial mindset to drive innovation and growth.
- Ability to review and interpret lease obligations for repairs and maintenance.
- Thoughtful leadership with the ability to collaborate with senior management and influence positively.
