Tandem Partners is pleased to be partnering with TelstraSuper for the recruitment of their Remuneration and Reward Lead on a permanent part time basis, based at their head office in Melbourne CBD.

As Remuneration and Reward Lead, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and overseeing reward initiatives and programs to ensure alignment with the broader people strategy to drive employee engagement and retention. You will collaborate closely with your P&C team, People Leaders and EGMs to provide timely and accurate remuneration information and advice. This is a unique opportunity which allows you to harness your skillset in remuneration and benefits, together with being involved in broader P+C initiatives.

What are they looking for?
- Ideally relevant tertiary qualifications in HR/Business or similar
- Demonstrated knowledge of reward/remuneration practices and principles
- Experience/knowledge in FIRG and FAR will be highly regarded, but not essential
- Excellent analytical, interpretation and communication (written and verbal) skills
- Advanced skills in Excel
- A team player with excellent stakeholder management skills and good capability to influence
