**The Role**
With an organisation that continues to expand year after year, our client is seeking a highly motivated, customer focused Junior Systems Analyst to join their team to assist with improving solutions, efficiencies, and processes.
Reporting into the Manager, Technology Delivery, this role is an exciting chance to prove your expertise and knowledge in a recognised organisation. Your main objectives are to support optimal system solutions, maintain stakeholder relationships, and support the Administrator and Business Analysts.
As the Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for the following:
- Making modifications to the system settings
- Managing operational business processes across the organisation
- Delivering customer focused solutions
- Provide on-site support as required
- Reviewing and analysing business processes
- Documenting both technical and business users process documentation
**Your Profile**
You have demonstrated analysis experience, with keen problem-solving skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of stakeholders, both internal and external.
Key selection criteria include:
- Minimum 1 year industry experience in a similar role
- Detail-oriented and proud of producing high-calibre work
- Having a hands-on approach
- Expert knowledge of relevant ICT platform systems
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft D365
- Excellent communication skills
