**Introduction**

This document describes the skills, background and experience recommended for a Jr. Conversational Analyst working at Intellificial.

The team member described here would typically start their activities as by undergoing training about Conversation Design Fundamentals and on the project training on associated business analysis skills. The skills gained are imperative for enhancing development of Conversational AI solutions and delivering highly intelligent CAI solutions for our clients.

**Role description**:
Conversational Anlayst will focus on learning and implementing human-centricity, sample dialogue, flowchart design, user testing, and hand-overs. The person will map the flow of the conversation and turn knowledge into a human-centric conversational flow. They need to make sure that people feel understood and have a good experience with the chatbot or voice assistant. Our clients’ customers should feel comfortable talking to chatbots and voice assistants. The CDI needs to focus on critical journeys and create personalized and contextual experiences.

They are directly involved in projects from the initial analysis through the development to the Run & Maintain phases, where in addition to their language and technical copyrighting abilities there will be a requirement for planning, time management and commercial skills, all leading to enhanced end user satisfaction.

The person will need to develop her/himself as a Conversation Designer and an expert on the company’s processes, services and products, and can decide how any applicable knowledge and data can be optimally analyzed, structured and built to meet the company’s requirements.

**Main Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Learn the principles of human-centricity, sample dialogue, flowchart design, wizard-of-oz testing, and long-tail design and other techniques of conversation design
- Design, develop, and test the conversations, based on the project goals
- Work with CAI developers, SMEs, business analysts/specialist to collect requirements and convert them into relevant conversations
- Analyze/ curate conversational data for the purpose of defining scope, and solution performance
- Work with the customer service, marketing, IT or other departments or business units within their company, discussing requirements (solutions and content) for the Virtual Assistant

**Desired background and experience**
- Graduate in one of the following topics and with a very keen interest in 2 or more (in total):

- Linguistics (General or Applied)
- Language Technologies, Literature
- Copyrighting/Content writing
- UX designing
- Linguistic awareness; interest in human-computer interaction, language in general, or dialogue design
- Excellent academic records
- Some experience in business analysis will be preferred
- Language skills
- Advanced command of English

**Salary**: $42,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
