**About the Park**

Experience a surfing escape in Victoria and kick off your Great Ocean Road adventure at Ingenia Holidays Torquay Located less than one kilometre from Torquay’s beaches and 5 minutes drive from the world-famous Bells Beach, you can choose from a range of accommodation including modern cabins, budget cabin options and camping or caravan sites. Ingenia Holidays Torquay offers sites and selected cabins that are pet friendly, so you can bring your pooch along.

**About the Role**

As Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing hands-on leadership and on-the-job training for all housekeeping staff. You will communicate all requirements effectively with the Housekeeping Team to ensure operational requirements of the park are met. This is a part-time position, 25 hours a week.

**Responsibilities**
- Assisting the Park Manager with Housekeeping staff roster
- Providing direction and training to Housekeeping staff
- Cleaning cabins, ensuite blocks and amenity areas to a high standard for our guests
- Replacing linen, towels and toiletries
- Keeping storage areas well-stocked, clean and tidy
- Ensuring a high level of customer service is provided to our guests
- Driving the Housekeeping team to deliver first class cleaning standards within a desirable time

**About You**
- Experience in a team leader role
- Practical experience in a cleaning/housekeeping role
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Excellent customer service skills
- Well organised and a strong eye for detail
