**Housekeeping Supervisor**

**Take your skills to the next level as part of the Ramsay Team **A Supervisor opportunity has opened within our Housekeeping Department This is a **Permanent Full-Time Opportunity**

**About the Role**

In this role, you will manage the operational and business direction of the Department within the strategic direction of the organisation. In particular, you will ensure strict hygiene, infection control and OH&S standards are maintained and the efficient and effective use of human and financial resources to ensure positive outcomes and customer service are achieved in line with statutory regulations. You will report to the regional Hotel service Manager.

**About You**

To succeed in this role, you will bring a strong background of working within housekeeping roles, ideally but not essential, within a clinical or hospital setting, while also meeting the following criteria:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Thorough understanding of chemical safety and hazard principles
- Ability to lead, motivate and inspire
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities and to organise human and material resources to achieve results
- Intermediate computer skills

**Requirements**:
