**Your role will involve**:
- Promote healthcare services to clients (cold call is needed)
- Build and expand a client base through prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities

- Handle outbound call and complete the assigned task to achieve sales target
- Performing regular checks on telephone connections to ensure they work perfectly
- Provide seamless and solution focused customer service over the phone.
- Connect customers to appropriate services, with a 'one call' resolution focus.
- Respond efficiently to customer phone orders, queries and product complains
- Contribute to the customer experience by providing and linking customers to expert services that support maintaining a good life.
- Maintain customer information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Accurate entry of customer orders into CRM
- Maintain a working knowledge of sales promotions and proactively work with customers on taking up available offers
- Making appointment for customer
- Assist in sales and marketing activities
- Receiving and processing purchase orders
- Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks
- Assist in ad hoc duties (e.g. marketing / charity even)
- Undertake administration tasks.
- Create and check customer invoices
- Manage consignment stock
- Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience
- Medical experience preferred
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Good command of MS Office Applications (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Outstanding customer service skills, with proved experience in delivering outstanding customer service.
- IT savvy - with intermediate computer literacy, with the ability to use various software and databases.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
