1001 Optical is seeking a customer-centric professional to join our dynamic team at our head office at St Leonards. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a flair for luxury eyewear and fashion this is the position for you.

The Customer Service Consultant ensures that our customer’s expectations are exceeded by providing clear communication and excellent customer service at every level. The Customer Service consultant continues to recommend improvements to policies and procedures to enhance the customer experience and company outcomes.

You will be the face and voice of our brand reporting to the Office / Operations Manager.

**Key duties and responsibilities**:

- To deliver a WOW experience with every customer engagement.
- Answering enquiries on Live Chat and assisting with after-sales support.
- Liaisons with Store Managers and Store Staff
- Liaisons with Product Suppliers to ensure timely customer order fulfilment and delivery.
- Ensuring a customer-centric approach to customer issues, from the initial engagement to a personalised resolution.
- Nurture strong relationships with our customers by proactively following up, anticipating their needs and ensuring a WOW factor experience with every engagement.
- General office duties supporting the small and dynamic Office Team.
