**Entertainment Park Supervisor**

**About the Role**:
Join our vibrant team at Frenzy Park as a **Trampoline Park Supervisor** We’re looking for a motivated and experienced leader who is passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences while overseeing park operations. As a Supervisor, you will manage a team of Hosts, ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the venue, and uphold the highest safety and customer service standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Team Leadership & Operations**
- Supervise, train, and support a team of Hosts to provide exceptional customer service.
- Monitor daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow and staff productivity.
- Lead by example, fostering a positive and energetic work environment.

**Customer Service & Guest Experience**
- Oversee guest interactions, resolving escalated issues and complaints professionally.
- Ensure all visitors receive a warm welcome and have a safe, enjoyable experience.
- Maintain high standards of service, enforcing park rules and safety regulations.

**Cash & Inventory Management**
- Oversee cashier duties, ensuring accurate transactions and cash handling.
- Manage stock levels, ordering supplies as needed.
- Conduct end-of-day financial reconciliations and reports.

**Safety & Compliance**
- Ensure staff and guests adhere to all safety procedures and policies.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities.

**Venue Maintenance & Cleanliness**
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe park environment.
- Oversee routine cleaning schedules and ensure all equipment is sanitized.
- Coordinate maintenance and report any facility issues to management.

**Events & Bookings**
- Manage birthday parties, group bookings, and special events.
- Work closely with management to implement promotional activities.
- Ensure events run smoothly, with exceptional guest satisfaction.

**Required Skills and Abilities**:

- Strong leadership and team management experience.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of safety and risk management procedures.
- Physical fitness for tasks such as supervising activities, cleaning, and lifting.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
