**The opportunity**:

**How will I help?**
- ESG governance duties across Bupa’s governance bodies such as the ESG Committee, Reconciliation Action Plan Working Group, Modern Slavery Working Group and ANZ Board and Executive Leadership Team.
- Work with Committee/Working Group Chairs to schedule and set meeting agendas, maintain Terms of Reference, maintain suitable and representative membership, compile and review papers, maintain an action log and work with members out of Committee sessions to progress and track action items, take minutes.
- Governance duties associated with maintaining a credible and compliant independent Health Promotion Charity with Deductible Gift Recipient status
- Coordinate quarterly deep-dive progress reports and commentary against our commitments to reconciliation, modern slavery, community investment etc
- Coordinate monthly reports for the APAC Executive Leadership Team on progress across all of the ESG and Sustainability programs, coordinate annual reports for internal “year in reviews” and for external Annual Report publications.
**Why work at Bupa?**
We keep our people smiling by helping them improve their lives in and outside of the office.
We’re a welcoming lot, no matter who you are or where you’ve come from. We welcome all talents and backgrounds and embrace our differences, so you can bring your true self to work.
We support our people to be the best version of themselves, physically and mentally. With a healthy work/life balance, leadership support, reduced private health cover, study leave, volunteering options and a commitment to promoting from within.
Our employees can access wide range of benefits: from our own products (incl. health insurance discounts) to many other products and services via our partnerships program (like Apple, Samsung, JB Hi-Fi, plus gym and spa discounts to name a few). We reward our people and celebrate their success, provide initiatives that develop careers and look after our people’s health, wellbeing, and futures.
**What do I need?**
You excel in working with diverse internal stakeholders to achieve high-quality governance, reporting, and operational outcomes. Your ability to build and maintain productive relationships will be central to establishing positive stakeholder networks and driving collaboration.
A positive attitude and a growth mindset will see you thrive in this position, alongside the ability to navigate and deliver results in a large, complex organization. Flexibility and adaptability will be essential, as you manage unforeseen requests with agility and composure.
While not essential, familiarity with ESG, sustainability, or social impact programs will be highly regarded, bringing added value to your contributions in this pivotal role.
