About the opportunity

This fast paced, highly rewarding role will give you an insight into so many difference areas of our business - from Sales and Delivery through to Legal, Finance and Operations. You'll be working alongside the Proposal Services Lead in a supportive environment with opportunity to learn, build a strong internal network and develop a wide range of skills - this role could be your springboard to many different areas of the business.

What you'll love doing
- Responsible for proposal management: including creating and maintaining bid schedules, driving the bid plan to meet deadlines, track critical milestones.
- Managing the preparation of response documents: creating RFP response outlines and templates, contributing to proposal content, ensuring compliance with Request for Proposal (RFP) requirements, and coordinate the many and varied stakeholders involved with proposal development.
- Overseeing and contributing to proposal design and executing quality control functions.
- Work with deal desk to coordinate timing of necessary internal approvals.
- Supporting integration efforts of various work streams (e.g. solution, delivery, pricing, legal, alliances, resourcing).

What skills we're interested in you having
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer focus.
- Highly organised with strong project coordination skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail.

You'll likely possess a Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in business, sales or marketing (or relevant field).
You'll likely have 3+ years of relevant experience in consulting and/or project coordination.
