We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Services Coordinator with bids and proposals experience to join one of our key business units in Melbourne.
Opportunities are available in our core areas such as Transport, Built Environment, and our Advisory team
Our Melbourne office is located in Collins Square, Docklands with excellent transport links, and had a fantastic culture of collaboration and support throughout.
The opportunity

- What can you bring to this role?
- Experience or exposure to bid writing and proposals, preferably in multidisciplinary engineering, construction, or infrastructure environment
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, navigating the collation of medium to complex documents in a fast-paced environment
- Intermediate experience in InDesign, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Significant client and customer service experience, including working with multiple stakeholders
- A balance of creativity with exceptional organisational and time management skills,
- Be a steady anchor for the team in a deadline-driven environment
- A team player focused on best outcomes for business
