About the School

Charleville State School is a uniform school where all students wear the full school uniform each day, promoting school spirit and a strong sense of belonging. We believe positive partnerships between parents and teachers play a vital role in enhancing student learning. Volunteers are a valued part of our school community and contribute meaningfully to student success. Training is provided to support parents and community members who wish to assist in classrooms and be part of our volunteer team.

About The Role

As Principal, you will lead with purpose, bringing the department's vision to life through strategic direction and a deep commitment to student success. As Principal, you will drive improvement in educational outcomes by fostering a culture of high expectations, innovation and continuous learning. As Principal, you will lead the development of high-quality teaching and learning, empowering staff and inspiring students to reach their full potential. As Principal, you will build and sustain strong, positive relationships with students, staff, families, and the wider community, creating a vibrant and connected school culture.

Your Responsibilities

As the Principal, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Lead the school community to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focussed on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.
Uphold the principalship as a values based, ethical and moral activity.
Embed socially just practices in daily school life.
