About Linville State School
As a small country school, there is a focus on stimulating, hands-on, high-interest learning experiences that best meets our students' learning styles. Community involvement is encouraged and supported.
We are seeking an applicant who will lead an improvement agenda built around innovation, quality teaching and learning and inclusive practices. Preferred applicants will have the ability to quickly establish strong relationships with the community, have a degree of self-sufficiency and enjoy a rural lifestyle.
Linville State School caters for students from Prep to Year 6 with current enrolment numbers at 22.
About the Role
**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:
- Lead the school community to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focussed on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.
- Uphold the principalship as a values based, ethical and moral activity.
- Embed socially just practices in daily school life.
- Set high standards for student and staff performance.
- Active participants in life long learning and ongoing professional development.
