About Inglewood State School
An opportunity exists for a skilled and experienced educational leader to join the team at Inglewood State School. The school is located 2 hours south-west of Toowoomba between Goondiwindi and Warwick on the Cunningham Highway. It sits beside the banks of the peaceful Macintyre Brook with the area renowned for its natural beauty. Nearby Lake Coolamunda offers fishing, boating, water skiing and sailing prospects.
The Inglewood State School community requires an educational leader who has the experience, confidence and skills to make a real and lasting difference. Preferred applicants will have the ability to quickly establish strong relationships with the community, have a degree of self-sufficiency and enjoy a rural lifestyle.
Inglewood State School caters for students from Early Childhood to Year 10 with current enrolment numbers at 130.
Inglewood State School delivers the curriculum through explicit teaching and multiple exposure and has a culture of setting high expectations for student learning. Teachers have a high standard of professional accountability of their teaching and learning process and intentionally creating inviting classrooms.
