We are looking for a confident HR Advisor who has strong data reporting and analysis capability, and is able to confidently engage with stakeholders, people leaders and employees.

As a HR Advisor you will liaise with operational managers/people leaders to implement human resource initiatives and help deliver positive outcomes, improve performance, build capability and implement HR initiatives to build a positive workplace culture for our people.

The role will provide support across a portfolio of our colleges and business units and work closely with people leaders and staff to coordinate and administer a variety of programs and initiatives covering the full breadth of HR activities.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide generalist HR advice and support to business unit leaders and staff.
- Interpret and advise on policies, awards, EBAs, and employment contracts.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Assist with HR documentation, reporting, and data analysis.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aligned with organisational goals.
- Maintain HRIS data and coordinate reporting and benchmarking activities.

**Flexible location**: This role is available in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, or Perth.

**Qualifications**:
**Essential**
- Relevant HR or tertiary qualifications.
- Experience in a generalist HR role.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to interpret EBAs and Awards.
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

**Desirable**
- Experience in a unionised or industrial environment.
