This is an exciting opportunity for an HR Advisor to join a well-known Australian brand that places huge value on the well-being and health of people. As the HR Advisor, you will be responsible for building trusted connections with your stakeholders nationally to support them on all People & Culture matters. You will be responsible for;
- Providing advice to your stakeholders regarding industrial and legislative matters, company policies and employment conditions
- Coaching and upskilling managers in relation to any people-related matters including performance management & grievances
- Reviewing, updating and developing policies and procedures that align with legislation and business practices
- Partnering with the Recruitment Specialist to assist with recruitment activities

To excel in this role you will need;
- Minimum 2 years experience in an HR Advisory role
- Strong coaching, influencing and communication skills
- A proactive, professional and customer-focused approach
- Proven ability to be hands-on, innovative and problem solving
- Exposure to the Retail or Health industry would be highly desirable
- The ability to travel to build face-to-face connections with your stakeholders
