ABOUT THE COMPANY

Lotus People are thrilled to be partnering with an Australian agricultural organisation, who are well known for their work in the community. They pride themselves on their national presence and their multisite NSW offering, this is an organisation with heart, purpose and community at its core.

ABOUT THE ROLE

In this temporary full-time role, you will support the Human Resources Manager during a period of hypergrowth in preparation for their busiest season. The company has a projected growth from 250-500 throughout this season and are seeking a driven HR professional who will be exposed to all facets of the HR cycle. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a fast paced agribusiness whilst gaining exposure to industrial relations.

DUTIES
- The go to person for staff members regarding all HR enquiries
- Workforce planning and talent acquisition - attracting and retaining staff through a period of growth
- Industrial Relations - updating the HR manager on changes to upcoming awards or industry requirements
- Performance management - support with developing and implementing policies and procedures
- Manage onboarding, offboarding and support with training and development

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

To be successful in this role. you will have strong experience in dealing with HR awards. You will have excellent attention to detail and a solutions focused mindset. You will be able to prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines, additionally you will be able to fully hit the ground running.
