Looking for dedicated community support worker to join our team on a permanent part time or casual basis. Community shifts - must have reliable vehicle that will fit a wheelchair folded up in the boot.

Monday and Tuesday shifts: 9.00am - 1.00pm

Thursday shifts: 9.30am - 1.30pm

As we are a not for profit - we also offer Salary Sacrifice of up to $15,700 tax free a year which is a great benefit

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Drive members to their community outtings
- To assist members with a range of activities including:
1. Personal hygiene (including toileting), grooming and presentation;
2. Lunch preparation

3. Activities of interest in the community - fishability, bowling, movies etc

4. Activities related to the maintenance or improvement of health and well-being.
- Behaviour which is aligned with the code of conduct and Elba mission and values statement
- Maintaining record of member progress on Elba’s Online System
- Assessing member to determine continuing needs
- Assistance in building Elba’s member’s self-image & self confidence

- Drivers Licence and reliable care

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Casual
Part-time hours: 4-20 per week

**Salary**: $30.95 - $38.08 per hour

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Public holidays

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- NDIS Worker Screen Check (required)
- Driver Licence (required)

- Australia (required)
