**The position**
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Psychosocial Support Case Worker to provide non-clinical community-based supports that aim to facilitate recovery in the community for people experiencing mental illness - through a range of services to help people manage daily activities, rebuild and maintain connections, build social skills and participate in education and employment
This is a permanent part-time (22.8 hours per week - Mon, Tues & Thurs) position, reporting to the Psychosocial Services Support Team Facilitator.
