Boutique Disability Services is seeking experienced and compassionate Support Workers to join our team and work alongside clients based in and around the Cockburn area. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of something deeply meaningful—supporting individuals to live with dignity, independence, and choice.

We are looking for Support Workers who are not just qualified, but truly committed to enriching the lives of others. Our clients require a broad range of supports that include:

- **In-home assistance** with personal care, daily living tasks, and overnight support
- **Community participation** including social outings, group activities, and goal-based support
- **Flexible weekday and weekend availability**

Every client we support is unique, and so is their care. You will work closely with individuals and their families to implement person-centred support plans that reflect their goals, preferences, and aspirations.

**We’re Looking for Team Members Who**:

- Have experience working with people with disability and a genuine passion for person-centred care

**Essential Requirements**:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Police Clearance
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Valid Driver’s Licence
- Australian Citizenship, Residency or appropriate Working Rights

**Qualifications in Disability or related fields are highly regarded but not essential.**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $33.96 - $43.08 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 25 per week

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability
