A commitment to quality and innovation drives their ambition, and we’re seeking a strategic and hands-on General Manager of Operations to ensure business operations scale seamlessly with global expansion.

**Opportunity**

As the General Manager of Operations, you’ll be pivotal in optimising supply chain, warehousing, fulfilment, and administration processes. You’ll guide operational infrastructure through its next stage of maturity, ensuring efficiency, agility, and readiness for major launches, including a milestone US expansion in 2025.

This is your chance to shape the future of a thriving business, tackling challenges like reducing lead times, streamlining inventory management, and transitioning to third-party logistics (3PL) in key markets.

**Responsibilities**

In your first six months, you’ll focus on:

- **Auditing Operations**: Review and enhance current inventory, warehousing, and fulfilment processes.
- **Technology Integration**: Finalise the transition from Excel-based inventory management to Finale Inventory and implement performance metrics.
- **Fulfilment Evolution**: Transition US operations to a 3PL and optimise UK logistics.
- **Launch Preparation**: Build operational capacity for the US launch in August/September 2025.
- **Team Leadership**: Manage and develop warehouse and administration staff, implement KPIs, and oversee customer care reporting and performance.

**What You’ll Bring**
- Proven experience in supply chain and operational management gained in e-commerce
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Expertise in scaling operations to meet global market demands.
- Proficiency in using inventory management and CRM systems (e.g., Finale Inventory, Shopify Plus, HubSpot).
- Strategic problem-solving and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
