- Our client is an established, successful and growing Australian Food & Beverage manufacturer. They are seeking a General Manager of Operations to oversee 3 manufacturing sites across the Australian Eastern Seaboard. This is a dynamic role requiring an experienced and hands on leader who will be responsible for driving CI & lean transformation across the operations.**Responsibilities include**:

- Ensuring all business metrics are met from the sites
- Ensure safety and efficiency across all manufacturing sites
- Monitor & report on plant processes and production performance
- Cost control and P&L responsibility
- Drive continuous improvement & LEAN through the operation including CAPEX projects.

**Key competencies include**:

- Dual site manufacturing management experience essential
- Industry experience required
- Collaborative, supportive and hands on leadership
- Strong communication skills
- Experienced change agent
- Problem solving abilities
- Strong financial literacy
